During his 24 years of experience, Joe engaged in large-scale building projects collectively valued over $14b. Prior to leading operations at Connect California, Joe brought his industrial design and commercial/industrial product development skillset to Stanley Black & Decker, leading their California compliance programs in all aspects of strategy, policy, engineering, production, sales, and deployment.
He earned bachelor’s degrees with honors in philosophy, psychology, and political Science from Illinois State University. In his spare time, Joe enjoys all of the natural wonders California and the western U.S. offer.
